- DRIVER /ˈdraɪvər/ · noun
- A person who drives a vehicle, such as a car, truck, or bus. More broadly, a thing that causes or controls something else, as in a software component that operates a device or a factor that drives change. Related: chauffeur, motorist, operator, coachman.
