- SPINDLE /ˈspɪndl/ · noun
- A long, thin piece of wood or metal used for spinning thread or yarn, or a part of a machine that rotates to spin or shape something. A spindle can also refer to a long, thin, tapering part of a tree or a plant stem. Related: shaft, axis, pole, rod.
- THREAD /θred/ · noun, verb
- A thread is a thin, continuous filament used for sewing or other textile work. To thread something means to pass a thread through it, especially a needle. Related: filament, string, cord, fiber.
- DESTINY /ˈdɛstɪni/ · noun
