- FAD /fæd/ · noun
- A style, activity, or interest that becomes extremely popular for a short time and then quickly loses favor; a passing craze. Related: craze, trend, vogue, mania.
- MOB /mɒb/ · noun, verb
- A large, disorganized crowd of people; to attack or intimidate someone in a group. A group of people who share a common interest or goal. Related: crowd, throng, ruck, gang.
- BAR /bɑːr/ · noun, verb
- As a noun, a bar is a long rigid piece of metal or wood, or an establishment serving alcoholic drinks. As a verb, to bar is to fasten or obstruct something, preventing entry or passage. Related: rod, counter, pub, blockade.
